Tough, the roster looks really good, but I hope all players stay together and get picked up. Out of the blue decision from LG but its understandable considering they lost millions of dollars. Wishing them nothing but the best.

Right? There's legit a pattern. Every stage so far I've heard "We got a relatively new roster" or "Only a few weeks of prac w new member". They're swithcing a person out and in every few months to give them leeway and a LIST of excuses so that the main roster doesn't get dropped. I said it before in this thread too, but someone else has to oversee the scouting and signing process, this is literally a joke.

This is literally the most accurate thing ever posted on this site. This team has the dumbest management. Initially, TSM Chet said that they picked up bang because he was aggressive, and that that's what the team needed. Cool, so we can expect him to be on agents that can be aggressive, like reyna? No, rarely. They slapped him on astra and sage most of the time. While it's understandable bc we already have another duelist for most maps, and we don't really have a smoker, why pick him up and put him in that awkward situation when he clearly shines as a duelist?

I literally do not understand. Also, there has to be some hidden rule about big orgs picking up very YOUNG talent and then dropping them shortly after. These orgs should be cultivating them and training them into becoming bigger and better players. Dropping someone at this age, after just barely being picked up, can ruin not only their career, but their entire life. He's a kid for crying out loud.

Hopefully they get their act together and start signing SMOKE players for SMOKE roles. Not duelist for smokes, not sentinel for smokes, SMOKES for SMOKES. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I don't know who's making the signing decisions. However, it shouldn't solely be the valorant roster, and it shouldn't solely be the management.

Sometimes I wonder how the public school system fail people this badly

He was the only one willing to play other agents. Roza and wardell are aren't versatile, and they were never willing to change. Wardell has been running jett since beta. This is mainly the managements fault, they have a lack of role based players, yet they sign more fraggers?? They need to rethink the entire roster with this change. Utterly stupid. They should do what 100T did, drop the jett main and get more flexibility. We don't even have a good astra/sova player. That's legit the most crucial part for a team.

Yeah, this and that they keep signing fraggers. Should kept brax, dropped hazed. And instead of signing fraggers, sign role based players. We don't even have a good astra/sova. That was cutler kinda and he got drop because, again, they're prioritizing fragging.

These changes are insanely inconsistent. Their goals are changing with every drop, it's hella concerning. Not disagreeing with the bench, though. However, isntead of signing fraggers, I feel like we need to be signing better smokers (astra/brim/viper). They signed bang, now they're dropping drone? Maybe if they focus more on the roles that prevent the team from playing a variety of strats, instead of just fragging capability we'd get somewhere. Ngl I'm still pissed at the hazed/brax thing. Brax pretty much plays the same roles as hazed, and is arguably a better, more agile, player... yet he gets dropped? It's as if they can't decide what they want to focus on, it's irritating. I legit feel like people on the roster are solely making the calls, not the management.

2-1 for Sentinels. I feel like Haven just isn't SEN's map, but overall they're a generally better team when it comes down to mechanical skill.
