even though I was watching pro tourneys for over a year now, I didn't even know Observing was a job, never got to that part coz I was busy staring at the visuals and being amazed, until TL Sliggy once mentioned his previous role on stream, and later Riot produced and released a video about Mel and her job. That really opened my mind! Realised the same about IGL's focusing more on the minimap rather than their actual player view, C9 meL said this often and so did Sliggy once. Been playing the game better after this

Yup I always thought he was there only because of the Coach IGL link. like ec1s, dephh has not much impact given that he has 4 of the best players in the Americas rn, getting demolished from young guns like Guard (no disrespect meant)

if down to Sacy Pancada, I've seen him lead Pancada and the rest just go silent so I'm guessing the language barrier is one factor for him to not be the primary IGL, apart from dephh already being one. But Ayrin must have faced a similar issue while leading GE so I may be wrong in all this since I'm speculating.
