I have three hobbies with 8 hours to spend in college and travel.
I wake up at 6 am and study till 8. Then come back from college at 5 pm. After that 7 hours is basically upto me how I spend it.
I don't get distracted while studying because at morning my dopamine levels are reset so it doesn't bother me. Consistent 2 hours of study for a pretty hard course is doing wonders for me. Although during exam season I study after coming home too.
Well I don't get time for social media because of it tho which kinda sucks sometimes
