its like the sound/ping indicator or something

any way to get rid of it? I swear I've seen some pros without it but maybe I just never saw it

I keep disconnecting from my comp matches, it's like 4-5 a game where everything just stops for like 15 seconds, it reloads and im back. anyone know how to fix it?
