nats should stay in liquid imo, they have a fantastic project for the future with this core and GSR from their academy who is quite literally the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, I feel like it would be better for the region to keep nats in liquid and have Boaster try to mold someone with individual skill that he sees potential as a leader in as an igl, could easily be crashies tbf, when I watch the fnatic comms crashies seems like a crazy good leader, never looks defeated, hypes the guys up and has moments where u can tell he has a great mind for the game, Boaster passing his knowledge to him while Leo comes back and they could genuily become an unbelievable team

he has stepped up like crazy as an igl, mechanically and as a leader but its not enough, he is a 1kd immortal level player individually and at 30yo he wont catch up, respectfully after this year its time to move to HC and have him help fnatic and a new igl win trophies, players as bad as Boaster individually who dont frag even while playing passive roles dont have a place in t1 anymore neither in CS or valorant so no more "oldschool igl" excuses because karrigan/apex for example are not only 20 times more individually skilled than Boaster but also go in first so they can have their stars trade them which Boaster doesnt, outstanding career for someone with that individual skill but its time to move on or Asians will keep winning trophies for another 10 years, in Korea guys like solo/peri are now coaching and finding success forming the new gen but we keep IGLs like Ange1 and Boaster in big 2025, no wonder the last four intl winners came from Asia...

just get xeus and move kamo to other roles, I feel like patitek is their glue and helps with ideas/midrounding and kamo is really good, good individually even if not as good as the very best, great comms and willing to sacrifice himself, everyone in EU knows trexx is not a serious player, he had problems in KOI, Vitality and everywhere, he is a toxic brat with an ego and no social skills, the kid of player that kills teams

posted 1 month ago

you wont improve in the game by playing kovaaks, tbf to him he has improved a lot recently but its not enough, I dont think its possible to see him become a t1 level players in terms of mechanics at 30yo, specially if he doesnt play ranked/DM focusing only on improving mechanics

fnatic too shit of an org to make ambitious and smart decisions, knowing them they will just keep him until he retires or just becomes too shit to stay

alfa is insane but he needs to be more consistent, this masters and specially last few days he is in life form but he was whiffing like crazy throughout stage1 regular season and kickoff, I like that Fnatic are trying to play around him a bit more and give him marshal/Op even if he is on sentinel, he can be super impactful if you play around him instead of just having him in a bitch anchor role

great argument, are you under Derkes table deepthroating his dick or what u bot? getting offended because someone explains why they prefer kaajak over Derke, I didnt even say he was bad lmfao, Derke is the goat duelist for me but the game evolves

what you are saying is like would you pick Messi or Yamal rn? Obviously Messi is the goat but current level I would take Yamal/Kaajak, you are mistaking status/achievements with actual level in the server, achievements or how big of a name dont matter in the server

posted 1 month ago

I love Derke but he has 0 ego or personality, not a huge playmaker at times which is something u want in a star player, I just dont like how he has evolved as a player, early on in his career he had a tendency to die the same way getting overagressive for 15 rounds under pressure but now he just doesnt try to playmake, he has become too disciplined imo, both are insane but I would rather have kaajak rn, better agent pool, more versatile in terms of style and better oper

posted 1 month ago

China are not better than EMEA lmfao

I agree ngl, I knew he was good but not to this level, I feel like his style is better than Derke, Derke is insane but always felt like he lacks personality to take over these games and impose himself

for a player with his potential he isnt, he can be the best player itw at his best like Shanghai, rn he isnt getting enough impact for a player of his calibre, not 100% his fault since heretics are shit rn and imo he is playing off role

posted 1 month ago

he is playing like shit but he just isnt built for flex, it makes no sense to play him in that role, he should be a duelist instead of miniboo but if he doesnt do that then u should have him as a sentinel or omen so u can move either a vocal supportive player like benjy to the pack or have a player that can be a playmaker on omen and have boo in initiator roles

posted 1 month ago

"you might think Boaster is useless or cringe, cuz you see him do those dances on stage but in game hes more serious than you have ever been in your life thinking about your career, he might not have a good aim like the others but he is the best igl in the entire vct, he knows how to lead a team, he has been doing tons of great work and qualifying for champs and masters, winning back to back regionals with different players, and its not easy"
I give arguments you are just a butthurt Boaster fanboy

posted 1 month ago

old style of play I mean how they approach and view the game, not comps, I couldnt give a shit about comps, comps are always secondary behind macro and fundamentals
"after getting a kill isn't always the best option and they do take space and create pressure elsewhere" Agree, I should have clarified it, I meant when the CTs take the A line in Haven and leave that player holding that info so they can rotate one of the A players to B/C, there are plenty of rounds like this but the one that shows this best is against GenG when kaajak gets timing and catches t3xture offguard while he is holding A line with operator, if u are smart enough as an igl u would understand that a team like GenG will always rotate at least one player if t3xture has the A line so if u freeze and u dont make enough pressure in garage or C u wont be able to pin the defence and u will face one more player than you would have if u explode together getting the opener, this also isnt an occasional mistake, its something sistematic with Boaster, he just doesnt have the fundamentals or understanding of tac fps game theory
"Their defaulting is passive in comparison to active space taking like other teams , it's not necessarily bad" its not that bad depending on how u execute it and what your goals are, the way fnatic plays is very easy to counter since they dont change it, it relies on opponents not understanding how they play and making some dumb mistake but the thing is that they are not doing anything macro wise, they dont have info, they dont have map control and ultimately they end up going for 5 mid splits which is something that u can never do in tac fps and end up in very unfavorable situations where they often just lose to time or get bad duels, if u not biased and u analyze their games its easy to tell that they win most rounds due to individual quality not because they did something good macro wise, if you think this style of play that it relies solely on a stupid mistake where an enemy solo pushes your spawn is good then its small team/loser mentality, u are not playing the game but just hoping the opponent makes some very specific mistakes which the best teams dont make, I say this as a european but we havent got a fucking clue of how to play valorant, a lot of people say asian teams are braindead but with the exception of heretics last year and liquid this year they outclass us every single time in terms of macro/fundamental understanding of how valorant should be played, we need to be way more proactive, this style of play that we have is what I would call standinavian CS but the truth is that not even in CS which is a game that favours passive play way more than valorant you will see top tier1 teams play like this, sadly this style of play is the inheritance we got from t2-t3 CS rejects becoming IGLs/coaches in european valorant

outdated style of playing not comps

posted 1 month ago

sliggy and sideshow LMFAO

posted 1 month ago

kaajak is insane so he might win it for them but as a team I dont think they deserve it, insane vibes and good chemistry but they play bad outdated valorant and it shows with how many rounds they fail to transition from their shitty defaults where they do nothing to the explosive execs needed to compensate and they just end up losing the rounds to time, their defaults make no sense, they dont take map control, they dont manipulate rotations properly and they just end up gambling a late exec into one site (they cant even split properly), the biggest problem however is how they dont explode after taking an unexpected opening kill and just give time for the other team to rotate one more player, also their execs are just really slow in general, feels like nobody wants to go in and they just freeze/slow it down mid exec and thats why they lose so many rounds to time, they dont manipulate rotations properly so they just late exec as 4 or 5 into a stack/full set up and their little explosivity makes it even worse, they might have insane individuals and decent chemistry but the valorant they play is not good, the macro and calling from Boaster is not t1 level, double standards from when Sayf was igling, at least Vitality had some really good macro in kickoff, this fnatic is just wank tactically and Boaster is getting bailed out by individuals as per usual

its just bad, not only aim, crosshair placement, movement, positioning, decision making etc, even his calling looks worse than t3 cs teams

posted 1 month ago

they are just playing bad rn, they forgot what it is that made them good, rn they would lose against almost any team, they have lost their identity and havent made the neccesary changes to take them to the next level in terms of roles, wo0t is not a good support player and this role is limiting his potential, miniboo would be much better on omen/flex and boo is a problem in maps where u need an agressive omen

time to retire, one of the biggest calling disasterclasses I have seen in a while in this tournament, he has got a team stacked with talent playing small team style of valorant, Boaster on omen trying to make agressive moves while my boy Chronicle is playing cypher holding double doors for 1 minute in attack, this region is cooked if this is our best team

posted 1 month ago

Fnatic does not look good

posted 1 month ago

the only times he won (internationally) he had the best player in every role in the biggest superteam in the history of valorant, he still managed to lose one split to liquid who had soulcas and redgar as their igl, then dropped one of the most digusting performances at champs (decent result but those who watched that champs know how off fnatic were) and then had that team looking dead until hiro came in last year, legit lost to magnum, tomaszy and shin while he had the avengers
