I am european but judging regional strenght based on who wins an occasional tournament is dumb, in terms of depth and quality of players over all the teams in their league I think EMEA is best and towards the top I dont think there is much difference between APAC and EMEA, similar peak levels from their best teams but the average level is a bit higher in EMEA
