A team who is consistently making internationals and getting into top 3 doesn't need any roster or coach change.
Because PRX is an organization not a country and ENC is Country's tournament.

But they shouldn't consider points or achievements from VCT. It's a Nations Cup, so every team should have to start from the beginning and fight to qualify for the playoffs.
