go into a valoplant and look at the defensive kj ults + the turret is the best piece of utility to hold mid + kj has more stall than cypher which has mega value on a map as big as abyss. and as for global utility look at pearl massive map doesnt matter that it isnt global as long as you can move around.

yeah with new maps it does tend to take awhile for teams to experiment even though you would think near the start of the map is when it would be the most common

yeah astra is the best smoker on this map heretics just proved it. i will say cypher is better than i thought but i still think kj is better and we still havent got viper or sage both of which i think are broken on this map.
