W, it randomly popped up in my head and I had to revisit it.

Week 3 Frag Montage // VCT Pacific
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3vWzO_xJngI&list=PL-DEz63I-bfxBNl5_FtZi8BDHbRQ4WIyr&index=3

I don't know why APAC decided to casually drop the hardest VCT edit of 2023 on a random week 3.

I remember seeing this live. Still the hardest VCT edit I've seen tbh.

Thought so, I've had that offer a few times. Only time I order groceries. 😂

Iceland?

is the majority of the world?

Majority of the world probably doesn't think about it or finds it weird when they hear about it. The trans stuff is a pretty recent thing and mostly in America. I don't remember it when I was in school. They taught us about gay people but never mentioned trans or multiple genders. Most places don't even teach about gay people so that should tell you how things are, lol.

Skins are expensive af, and some of them are not even that nice. And then we still need to get Radianite to unlock the variants and effects. The quality of the skins has also gone downhill, and they even reuse some of the animations from previous skins. Don't forget, at one point they were even promoting the cardboard bundle??

I remember people calling out the store since 2021-2022. It's always been such a rip-off and they up ignored any problems we had.

It must be so awkward for Tenz because he's so likable but Kyedae just isn't.

I wish them the best of course but if anyone's ever had a buddy who's dating an annoying girl you know how awkward it is.

Yeah, let's not give Riot any excuses here. No real sport would get away with giving their players inadequate equipment. Football teams rebuild their stadiums every year just because it looks nice yet Riot can't afford like 50 9800X3Ds? They can probably make a deal with AMD and buy in bulk anyways since they're not a normal consumer.

It's just sad if that's how it goes out. Ethan and s0m are likeable people last time I checked but they'd look really bad if they left just because FNS was benched.

I hope FNS just really hits training drills over the next 2 months. It'd at least show he knows his weakness and is going to try and fix it. Anything else would really ruin my image of him as a pro.

We're eating so good. The overlap between both team's players is crazy.

leaf and yay were also on C9 during LOCK//IN

It's sad for me to say but FNS really doesn't look like the best choice to have on the roster right now. It's dumb that they can't sub him out without losing s0m and Ethan.

nAts is a great example of what FNS should be. He's super proactive as a sentinel and makes plays but if you watch FNS play he's afraid to take duels. He still has cool ideas like when did the huge flank on Fracture but whiffed his shot.

During his break he should've been improving but he just did watch parties and flamed other players. It was funny at the time but now he needs to back it up.

Honestly, once you've bought more than 1-3 skins, they've got you. I deleted my account and just never looked back. -500$ but it's not like I could trade those skins anyways.

I played ranked for one split and only reached silver but never touched it again. I'm too casual for all that stress. I just spammed swift play before I left.

I haven't played this game in over a year but I still enjoy watching when I can. I forgot exactly when I quit but it was before Shanghai Madrid.

I ended up taking a break because I was becoming sucked in by buying skins. I spent around 500$ before I just quit to stop wasting my money but I lost interest to play as time went on. Still enjoy to watch though.

Seriously though, I don't think it'll be a stomp.

EG would have to mentally boomed for that to happen.

posted 1 day ago

Worry about MIBR buddy.

posted 1 day ago

Exactly. Last time EG defied the odds it was because of their gameplan. Firepower helped but they were known for their strats.

posted 1 day ago

G2 is easily the best AMER team right now but EG is also lossless since the last 4 games. Icy and yay are on fire right now + revenge game. I feel a good match coming.

They're both slow teams too so it'll be interesting how they play mind games against each other.

I heard even their mice and keyboards get inspected and have to be left on site so nobody modifies them.

Seems like life issues? Tweet says they were discussing it for months.

posted 2 days ago

Kind of true. 80% of the players aren't camera-people so they just look stiff. We need more of KangKang's emotes, Boostio's standing, Zellsis' hype, Boaster's boasting etc.

Valorant is actually such a restricted game when you think about it. Riot doesn't let the community do anything without taking it up to their CEO. People who host offseason events have to beg for tournament clients.

posted 2 days ago

They still do games on weekdays during work times. Now that I'm off there's a random break of no games. The schedule is scattered and if you have a normal work life you aren't keeping up with the games at all.

posted 2 days ago

Exactly. Except for crazy moments, there's no sense of thrill or all the emotions you feel from watching live.

posted 2 days ago

Well I don't have that kind of job.

posted 2 days ago

Every time it's my days off or I have a break there's no VCT games. The next block of games doesn't start until my break ends. On days I'm working I can't watch anything except one EMEA game and that's only during regionals. How does anyone above the age of 18 watch this game consistently enough to stay on top of everything? Long breaks, weird match times, it's all fucked.
