i dont think its a big issue, definitely makes gc less relevant but the teams can still join open quals for tier 2. i think at most what they can do is put top gc teams in promotion/relegation automatically but thats not much different

barca can still qualify to playoffs as second seed if the following happens:

1. barca NEEDS to beat dsyre tomorrow
2. gonext NEEDS to beat cgn. the latter moves to 2-2
3. barca NEEDS to beat apeks. both teams would move to 2-2

if all that happens cgn, apeks, and barca will all be 2-2 while gonext would be 3-1/4-0 and dsyre would be 0-4/1-3

EDIT: MAP DIFF:

it goes to map diff next where cgn stands at 5-4, apeks at 5-3 and barca at 2-4

if barca win their 2 games they can go to 6-4, 6-5 or 6-6
if cgn lose they can go to 5-6 or 6-6
if apeks lose they can go to 5-5 or 6-5

then it goes to rounds if theres a tie
and if rounds doesnt find a winner there is a bo1 between the tied teams
