In CS matchmaking (not counting Gamers Club and FACEIT) ARG and BR players play together all the time (So are in Rocket League as well... It's really common)

It's totally okay and normal, specially talking about low elo matches... Silver/Gold/Plat(chat) is all about throwers, smurfs and elo job these days

Thankfully I'm in Diamond 2/3, where most of the times it's more about my actual skills in the match than teammates doing shit (where it still happens, but less than normal)
