he was unbanned because he never cheated during official matches and it was over 5 years ago. Those were the new rules.
I mean the kid was like 13, you can forgive him if he did have cheats back then. I personally don't mind jamppi, I think he's a great and super likeable guy. I do think he cheated when he was 13 but I think valve treated him way too harshly. Their loss.

Good update if you ask me. The funny thing however is that cypher got decent buffs, but now almost any agent has an ability to destroy trips from a distance, being a massive nerf for him once again.
Also, chamber has a bit more flexibility for some aggression than he did before in some situations actually, given he only needs the 1 tp. But overall a great nerf to chamber, means we will only see him situationally on maps in the pro scene at least (hopefully)
