cutler on ascent was so crucial to shutting down kaboose. if kaboose gets off to a hot start i think ascent goes differently

want sentinels to win so tsm vs sen rivalry continues

sumn vs heretics grand final...??

posted about 3 years ago

do you think that even if gambit do not win in the finals, they are still the best cis team to fight against eu teams though?

asking because idk much about cis, but ik forze does not do too well against eu

posted about 3 years ago

gambit best team in cis? arguably?

imo i think t1 would benefit a lot from spyder on second duelists and azk on omen. there are times where he has his moments of brilliance on breach but i felt way more convinced after bind that he belongs on omen way more.

though i dont think it's the role i think t1 doesn't really utilize breach well aside from his ult

i think if you like executes then probably t1 from na is up your alley. they run a lot of executes but their attack side is really lacking due to their passiveness as a team (and also because they're easy to read)

interesting alternative to 100t's showers sandwich

https://clips.twitch.tv/HardDeliciousArtichokeKeyboardCat

saya ults from b long, azk blinds off of ska's contact and ska dashes to avoid the spam

100t's showers sandwich on their half was an omen blind from the boost with steel playing a similar position to ska, but asuna was the one ulting thru tele

THAT WAS SUCH A GOOD MATCH TO WATCH THOUGH

nitr0 had a 20+ kill defense half... insane

posted about 3 years ago

honestly that pistol round shouldnt have even gone t1's way n the first place. spyder was isolated trying to fall back into the smoke and somehow one taps 2 of the 4 100t members encroaching on him

WIN CONDITIONS for t1:

be up by more than 5 rounds

choke a lead and go to overtime

win in ot

2-1 sumn i believe in the hype

cned rough map on split, u cant be giving up 7 fks as entry

2-0 heretics. calling it right here

posted about 3 years ago

feels like either rng came in with a "trick up the sleeve" comp that didnt work out (rng is known to try to antistrat their opponents) or tsm ran a completely different ascent defense to what they normally run to compensate for a lack of sentinel. skye had no impact at all this game

also tsm did switch up their defense, but a lot of early round defense was given to taking control of b halls or a long. whenever rng ran a skye flash pop into a site with retrq's dash i think there was one occasion where tsm knew they would run it and hazed hid on the cinder blocks corner. amazing call there

don't agree, especially because he found so many first kills with them

so much for a nailbiter

posted about 3 years ago

considering shahzam's situation faze might take a map off, but i expect a close 2-0

posted about 3 years ago

really easy W for fpx. will be surprised if nolpenki even gets more than 8 rounds on either map tbh

edit: nolpenki proving me wrong rip

posted about 3 years ago

2-1 g2. 2-0 g2 tho if split is one of the first maps

posted about 3 years ago

as much as i like liquid this will be a nailbiter 2-1. think its going to heretics

posted about 3 years ago

overall do not understand the switch to koler cypher

s0m would be better on raze, shanks jett if they wanted an awper

and why are they switching comps? i thought they looked fine in the qualifiers except for s0m's jett

spyder went insane what the fuck

pressure on c9 is showing bind

spyder switched to duelist on bind and it's looking so sick to have rn for T1. switching azk to omen was def the play. the amount of space spyder made compared to ska's raze so far has been immeasurable

honestly saya on duelist on haven is more beneficial. i think on split and ascent keep him on omen but otherwise yea let him play duelist

posted about 3 years ago

no sentinel on haven? this is an interesting comp to see

ruin: "I don't see how you can look at [Group C] and think we're not the favorite."

posted about 3 years ago

Definitely agree, it is the underdog group compared to the rest. All the teams in this group have a lot to prove

posted about 3 years ago

lets be real. do we think this is a fluke for 100 thieves because there isn't much material or vods to go off of them or are they truly a top 5 (or 3) team in NA atm?

posted about 3 years ago

this match is where i feel like what map is banned is important. if ascent and bind are the first 2 maps there's a world where t1 wins 2-0. Tho, 2-1 sentinels imo

edit: yayI FINALLY GOT A PREDICTION RIGHT
