You are probably playing ranked only so I would unironically recommend watching gambit on haven because this is the closest thing in pro scene to avg ranked match.

Riot have done absolutely nothing in a year to promote the game in CIS, none of top streamers with 10k+ avg viewers streamed valorant, meanwhile in NA they paid 1m+ to ninja and shroud for playing val on stream

There are no advertisments on YT or cybersport.ru(biggest CIS website for everything esports related) for valorant, Russia/CIS riot office are doing a dogshit job because the game isn't being promoted here at all, ofc they aren't going to get viewers like NA or Japan.

There can be 1-2 more teams of Gambit's level in CIS if local top orgs get interested in valorant and actually invest money instead of mixing top tier players like purp0, cloud, suygetsu or ssk with mediocre players, purp0+cloud+shao+suygetsu+zeddy can easily be top 4 in the world but none of our orgs wants to pay money for getting such a roster because there's no support from riot, no direct slots, no advertisment in CIS, nothing.

Navi is the richest and most prestigious org in CIS, they can literally buy anyone if they want to, cloud's English is pretty bad judging by his streams so it would be better for him to stay in a Russian-speaking roster. And +shao +suygetsu is very possible, navi are rich enough to pay the same salary as fpx+fpx are still likely to choke and some of their players might want to explore other options, ssk/cloud/shao/suygetsu/arch would be a really good roster for navi and they should definitely try it if they get an opportunity imo

Cloud has arch and duno in his team, that's why navi won't go far, dinkz is not a world class sentinel either, navi need to rebuild around cloud and ssk, if suygetsu went to navi instead of dinkz and if they got shao instead of duno they could be a top 3 emea contender imo, we can leave arch cuz he's an igl and it is hard to find a fragging igl.

Cloud can play both+he has better stats than both crashies and stax, nitro would be a better igl because he was the igl of a grand slam winning roster, otherwise agree.

I mean, they would legit be unstoppable, cloud has 250+ avg on sova and skye and he has a really good raze too, nitro has good lan experience and will coach all the zoomers, yay is at least top 2 jett in the world, sheydos and sick are good flex players and nats is just nuts, this team will be capable of 13-2ing everyone on every map. You can replace cloud with shao if you want but I think this roster is perfect as it is.
