There are not enough slots for all regions, CIS has 0 as well, Turkey has 0, if SA teams perform well they will get their own slot sooner or later. If anything, we need larger regions, I don't understand why EMEA gets such a treatment when Korea and Japan combined have the same number of slots as we do but any top 10 EMEA team would easily qualify from JP/KR, it would be way better to have macro regions like APAC(with 5 slots including south asia,sea and kr/jp), South America with 3 slots etc instead of what we have now.
