Trash talking and provoking is fun and can create hype, is all good, but what is happening now is just not right.
The amount of hate on social media and hating on players DM's doesn't make any sense, Furia lose the game fair and square idk why people always need to find something to complain about.
Unfortunately this seems quite common in Brazil, literally a shame how people make BR look dumb every time they get a chance.

I expect to see him winning some aim duels, if Acend players ego peek and play dumb i think he will shine.
Is just a prediction really, his last performances didn't show much and he is a incognito at international stage and possibly playing a new role so anything can happen.
He also used to overpeek a lot in BR, we already know that EU teams will punish much more this kind of plays.
Other than that i always wanted to see the so called for a long time "best" brazilian player against other regions, so i'm excited to watch.

at 18:00 when that guy talks about Heat, "he is just on a terrible team", that got me, LMAOO. sad but kinda true

Yeah i agree 100%, there always have been a culture of making teams by affinity with other players rathan than by skillwise. Gamelanders was a good example of people who were friends before VAL came out and they succeed in the beggining, but now that the game is 1 year old and we have a better insight on the BR scene, i think it is time to start drastically changing rosters and focus on forming stronger teams that can compete at international level.

BR region still lack of talents, mainly for roles that are not dueslist.
Most teams are a star player + "friends", no disrespect. Most of them would be T2 or T3 if you compare with europe/na, real t1 talents are maybe:
VK: heat + mwzera
VKS: Sacy and maybe saadhak
FURIA: Nozwer
what is funny 2 of the best Brazil players are actually from Argentina.
The potential is there but rn the region looks weak and there's a lot to improve.

pancada is good, i would like to see him on a top team

Agreed with almost everything, but i do see people hyping VS a lot and FNATIC isn't in good form but they are still an EMEA team and dangerous if Derke shows up.

I don't think NiP would leave europe to pick up a line up of players that never won anything in Brazil. Honestly these teams and players you mentioned have low to none expectations for BR level let alone to compete at international level.
The only exception i would say is Aspas, what makes more sense for NiP is probably bringing already consolidate and experienced players in the scene.
Rather than see these weak teams playing each other all again i would like to see 1/2 BR superteams than can actually be dominant in the region.

  1. Gambit
  2. Sentinels
  3. Team Liquid
  4. Envy
  5. Vision Strikers
  6. Acend
  7. C9
  8. Fnatic
  9. Keyd
  10. KRU
  11. FULL SENSE
  12. Vikings
  13. Furia
  14. Crazy Racoon
  15. X10
  16. Secret

btw i think people are underestimating Sentinels too much, they had a bad last Champions 3 but are still at least top 3.

I agree, and group D is stacked, anyone can win. But i see C9 and VS having a slight edge here.

I'm excited for this group and was bored, and i came to watch the Keyd games again at Master Berlin 3.
So i come here to make this thread because i think this group will be really fun and that's why:

  • Keyd is still not a world top team rn lets be honest, but i think they are a level above than before now.
  • Changing ntk over mwzera is a really great upgrade. 1 player can't make all of all difference since Jhow and V1xen are not that high level of players and Murizz is inconsistent.
  • Murizz was just horrendous playing raze, now with mwzera on the team and think we will not see him playing this agent anymore and the team will have a better agent pool.
  • They made some individually bad decisions and throw "easy" rounds, now that they had more time to player together is expected that they can be better as a team and perform better in this aspect.

Keyd is looking stronger now, and even if i think Acend/Envy are still the favorites, it will depend on how much they evolve after Champions Berlin 3, because if they play like last time there can be a upset coming soon.. and sorry, i can't see X10 having any chance is this group.
I just hope we got to see some good matches, what u guys think?

I also think the best chance is to build a super team, and have a dominant team like Vision Strikers is in Korea.
About the ORGs maybe Furia or Vikings if they decide to make roster changes after the end of year, it really can be any org with money $$.

Players would be difficult to choose, there are many great duelists but lack of other positions.

My personal five are:
Heat (unanimously best jett/duelist in the region).
Sacy (unanimously best sova/initiator in the region).
Mwzera (needs to recovery his good form, i think that can happen in a better team. duelist/flex).
pANcada (underrated player, Brazil doesn't have good controllers and this guy is stuck in bad teams for so long. controller).
Sadhaak (not brazilian, but plays for VKS and most likely the best sentinel at the time. sentinel).

there are other options, like
Aspas (star ranked player and probably the most promising player for next year).
Khalil, gaabxx, jonn... and maybe some more i can't remember.

X10 is doing great they really can make a good game against any team in the lowers i think

I see this one going for SEN 2-0.
VKS is a strong team and i think they can for sure come to a top 4 position but SEN looks like a better team all around from what we see until now.
I would say SEN beats VKS in 8 out of 10 series and it all comes down to if VKS is able to play above all expectations today as i see SEN having a more consistent roster.
With that said i still think Brazil have a lot of raw talents but split in different teams and can be a TOP tier region in Valorant but for now SEN looks like the favorites to win the title.
