Title. Used to do the GameSettings method but now I can't, and I can't do the monitor method either because I'm playing on a Radeon laptop with integrated graphics and the game just crashes otherwise. Any workaround?

Also VALORANT, this is just unexplainable behaviour. True stretched as it is 1. doesn't require new software and 2. doesn't give a competitive advantage (if anything it is a nerf/tradeoff at most). Dunno why you have to witch hunt us for playing how we want to play fairly.
