Most of the teams have 0 personality and are not compelling enough to root for.

GenG-they have cracked players but the players themselves dont have any personality besides texture and sometimes munchkin, just a worse version of 22/23 DRX
G2-probably the most boring team alive, just a worst EG from last year
TH-since they have a sub it feels like we arent watching the 'real' them and all their games dont mean much since this roster isnt even their final form
100T-probably the most compelling in the tourney but when Cryo isnt dropping 30 they look BAD
PRX-what made prx in previous years special was how they were cracked W gamers WHO HAD GOOD STRATS. Now they are back to their lock//in self where they arent doing anything good just throwing away their lives for no reason and its hard to watch. Go back and watch champs upper finals and see the difference in skill, brains, and descion making.
Fut-just a boring team, they have cracked players, but no real strats and get exposed against good teams
FNC-just look absolute shit, i see a lot of Derke hate but at least he stepped up (unlike chroncile how you get 2 kills not igling, botster had more impact)
EDG-last year they were one of the most compelling teams to root for now theyre just shit. Its hard watching them knowing how good they were vs how thy are now/
Lev-just boring, if aspas isnt droping 47 they cant win
FPX-prob the most intresting team, shame they went out early
T1-this team is just boring. Nothing notable about them.

EG 23-underdogs that were shit now best in the world, becoming villians
PRX 23-cracked W gamers who actually had strats and depth to their plays
Loud 23-4 cracked players and tuyz had amazing strats were always a head of the meta creating comps everyone would use
FNC 23-superteam with everyone popping off, carried EMEA on their back
DRX 22/23-just loveable guys with cracked aimers and also did create some metas
EDG 23-only china team, cracked aimers with actual strats who upset all the best teams
Optic 22-NAs only hope, yay carrying the region on his shoulders
Sen Madrid-everyone rooting for them to make their mark and comeback to their prime

yeah not having litterally the 2 best caster duos in the world was a huge question mark for me. Makes it feel even more like a mickey mouse imo cause if rito isnt putting fourth their best talent what does that say about the talent of shanghai teams

Its because this is beat for beat what happend at Tokyo last year. The rito script writters arent even trying to hide it. Nobody gives a shit if weve seen this same shit before.
Format is (Tokyo team/Shanghai team)

The team with the upper map ban is the team who got to the first upper final of the year, lost to another team to lose 1st seed, but still make it back to win upper final (Fnc/GenG)
The team that won said region underperformed and went out 5/6 to an Americas team (PRX/Liquid)
Said americas team ended fourth after losing to a sub (NRG/100T)
Said team with a sub is going on a run and will end top 3 (PRX/TH)
Not to mention the americas team that somehow miracuolsy made it into playoffs due to another team (MIBR/Loud) upset the best team during regular season (C9/Kru) and went on to go on a heater that no one saw coming (EG/G2)
Not to mention the trash chinese team that went out 0-2 (FPX/DRG)
T1 not making it to playoffs (T1/T1)
Aspas' team choking once again and playing terrible (Loud/Lev)
And the best team of last year choking out without a single win (Loud/Fnc)

Thats my justification for why hes that low. For why FNS is so high is because of how he transforms the teams and players into superstars. boostio is 2 for the same reason (demon1 ethan c0m on eg vs on current teams, 100T before boostio vs with him), but only below fns because he has potter/zikz where chet is more of a hinderance than help
saadhak is 3 because he kept up with fns and turned rookies (aspas less pancada into literal world champions and cauanzin and tuyz into top t1 players)
from their it gets tricky because lots of igls havent been at the top for long enough to consider (boo mrfalin johnqt munchkin etc) or are carried by their team and cant get anything done without 3 players dropping 30 every map (boaster)

fnatic havent cooked anything good since 2023 lock//in. They used the same comps and strats througout 23 and kickoff, changed their breeze and split (which are not up to snuff when it comes to top teams) so i doubt theyll cook anything. More than likely texture will shit all over them, boaster will start twerking with 2 kills, derke will still be called washed, and leo will drop 30 to win one map
