I hate to be like this and I agree with your point but majority of LATAM countries are part of North America.

Yeah he probably wanted FUT to go 13-4 on both maps or smth

posted about 2 years ago

You can't blame him for taking the side he took considering the environment he is in

posted about 2 years ago

Well, yeah, they're probably just a bit too quiet for my preference.

posted about 2 years ago

Pretty sure it's just against GenG because they were cheering for T1 just fine.

posted about 2 years ago

Yup, what I meant in point 2.

He said before...

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, that's what I mean in point 2. The crowd needs to know players/teams better to get behind them (which is normal). In Lev's case, they have aspas, who has a decent fanbase in China as far as I know.

I want to see how it is when Fnatic is there.

Because cNed said that no CN team is qualifying for playoffs.

posted about 2 years ago

I've been putting some thought into this, because they aren't a very exciting crowd most of the time. But why?
Here is what I think:

  1. Bias towards CN teams (understandable)
  2. Lack of knowledge/backing of other teams (new region, new fans, which means that they may not have had time to get acquainted with other teams. They cheer for aspas, T1, and even FNC has a large backing in China because of Boaster. Perhaps over time they will gain knowledge and even cheer for other teams.)
  3. Lack of developed Valorant culture. (Maybe the culture there is just more mild in comparison to EMEA and Americas.)
  4. GenG
Still, there is time for them to redeem themselves as we get into playoffs.

They should come to Milan

Brazil...?

If there are 3 international events every year, then we won't have an event in China every year, assuming they're doing rotations.

posted about 2 years ago

Why not? It should be in Europe though

I play on a gaming laptop with a 47 dollar mouse, a run of the mill wide monitor and a makeshift mousepad and I do alright

But man you're cooking right now no?

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah, like, it's so unnecessary to say things like that especially when you're bidding farewell to one of your players.

Scheiße I had GenG qualifying but not G2

A very good one should they replicate the level of play we saw today.

posted about 2 years ago

They lost but put up a delicious fight against a team that featured in the finals of the last international tournament.

posted about 2 years ago

Yeah. I didn't expect anything from them but at least they showed an acceptable amount of respect.
