its sad to know that u r going through this . Dont take stress. How do you do that ?. Dont study for 6 hrs at a stretch, study 3hrs at a stretch only. The most important part comes now. When you take a break after studying , dont play games. Trust me , i used to do the same. Do something that you like , for example , i am an artist , so in my break i used to search up anime drawings and various other things and try to draw them. This used to relax me a lot.
