gonna break it up like this, flex(forsaken/rb types), flash init, recon init, senti, entry duelist(jawg), controller, IGL, coach, management, refragger/awp(y0y,demon1),complete duelist(t0xture,aspas)

1/2 Coach (interchangeable with 1 since typically in valorant coaches do have the ability to be the managers, but typically i think roster management>coaching long term)
3 IGL

4/5 flex (like actually play any agent at VCT level flex, incredibly rare tbh)
4/5 flash init (hot take but there are very FEW high level flash specialists in VCT atm, there are good players that play flash initiator, but its rare to have a good flasher, and they impact a lot)
6 complete duelists (it is substantially harder to find a duelist who is an awper, entry, elite rifler, and can flex onto multiple duelists, a lot are VERY good at a some, few at all - t3xture is that)
7 recon init (leo, sacy, i think these players have the highest impact on matches typically vs other roles on average but are a little more common than elite complete duelist/flash/flex)
8 controller (important role but I feel like theres tons of players who do well on controller, especially in tier 2 coming up - in every region, for example NA has a fuck ton)
9 sentinel (some regions really lack sentinels, but I think a lot of players can easily go onto sentinel and do well, that being said I feel like there's more Less' than Leo's)
10 entry duelist (an elite entry like jawg or icy are really good at their roles, probably as good as you can get at being a entry, but you kinda need to have an all around game on duelist)
10 refragger/awp (kinda a dead role because teams used to have a set refragger(yay) and a set entry (victor) but still, awp merchants are cool until you realize theyre awp merchants)
I won't rank superstars since it kinda doesn't apply, but players like nats and meteor are probably right below or even above IGLs in terms of impact on winning and rarity, like true true superstars not players who hold hands to win trophies like chronicle, players who can go to any team and compete without superteams.
