some of yall gotta realize you're not going to ever make money and get some jobs but to the people who are good:
The other thing is that your job is entertainment, your income stream doesn't come from being good at valorant, it comes from driving views and clicks. There was a bubble where T2 pros probably made lots of money, but you have to accept that the entire esports world was bloated then, you're never going to make that kind of money again as a tier 2 player. You cannot seriously expect to earn good money by doing nothing but playing video games, especially if you're not the best at it. Then complain that you get fired for not being good enough at your job. I'm an engineer, you're never going to be me and make money simply by being good at your job. You NEED to be a good valorant player, AND a good entertainer.
Yall need to encourage fans to watch the region more, it might be mostly on riot, or ACE, but you do yourselves no favors
NA T2 fans who write twitter comments calling out how bad the region is, don't actually watch the teams play. How does french tier 2 outperform NA tier 2 viewership wise in split 1 this year geniunely shocking lol.

Geniune question, what on earth entitles tier 2 pros to earning liveable wages, I mean do the numbers man. You don't get views, you don't get sponsors because you don't get views. Who are you blaming? You can make a fair point that tier 2 cant leech off of the clout of tier 1 orgs anymore, but seriously, have you even TRIED to be marketable by yourselves? I don't even see you asking for a chance to market yourselves better, yall just want to be paid more. I don't see tier 2 players asking to play with tier 1 guys, I don't see yall in actual fun rivalrlies, any beef is disgusting. Yall just beg for more money and better chances when you should be asking for more investment from the people with actual power, which are the fans and the content creators. Blame riot all you want, but Riot isn't paying you, fans are. Sell some merch, do some fun streams irl with your teams, stream more than valorant ranked or try to teach people and cultivate an audience.
The other part of the blame goes to people like tarik, tenz, and other huge streamers who have the power to elevate tier 2 but just dont.. I promise you tenz could probably earn 6k+ a month just from watchpartying his own tier 2 team. Even more from sponsors, like seriously, theres a reason why riot only views tier 2 as a pipeline for tier 1, yall are seriously boring comepared to some of the pacific/emea tier 2 regions.
take some initiative, and ask the fans to watch, and the people with influence should be using it to give you visibility instead of hiding and streaming ranked lol and cheating because you don't "make enough" when you dont deserve to make more is weak asf.
tier 2 would be way more fun if yall learned from EMEA and Pacific and had streamer orgs that were actual orgs instead of random one off rosters like disguised. Gentle mates, KOI, KC, BBL are some examples in EMEA and there are likely tons in APAC
Imagine some NA streamers came together and actually made an org that did real content instead of just dump money into a roster. anyways, there will be cope for eternity and yall will wonder why youre broke and its because of this
