NRG had no protocols, basic ones either, like what to do when your team loses 1 mid early, most teams know exactly what to do when certain things happen, they know their protocols, NRG were just vibing

before you can even look at having a new IGL in the core you need a system iin place, protocols etc
theres a reason why FNS works and ethan doesnt, its because theyve played together for years lol
there are several teams across all leagues with new/no igl that play much better valorant than nrg, learn to comprehend
that optic team made a finals before he ever joined btw
they woulda won with any decent coach, and the game has evolved since then

teams can work with great callers but they can also work with great coaches
MCE literally took a team with 0 igl and a bunch of t2 scraps and made a 7-2 team in 2023

Optic were dominant for two main reasons
Fenis midrounding and Yay chamber
which one of these can you attribute to chet LOL like im actually curious, of course your job as HC is easy if your IGL can't be antistratted because hes so far ahead of every other caller

if you cant have gc in pro play you can always invite the pro players that are willing to play with GC teams and its a good compromise

i dont want zyppan duelist dont get me wrong but it is a role he plays
yeah but its also bringing eyes to GC, because big name players are mixing with GC
thats the whole point of inclusivity no?
we all know right now GC teams cant play even in t2 but riot can still help them out more with viewership, get more money in the scene with more eyes so they improve :)
you're the first vlr user ive seen explain why demon1 cant play omen and should be mostly a sentinel/brim/astra main
he seriously sucks at playing in the pack, i think potter knows this because jawgemo would hold his hand on eg to make sure the positioning and pathing works
