Ok here me out. Cypher, Kj and Sage slow down pushes and their trips can punish flanks. That does not mean Chamber HAS to do it too. There is sooo much that Chamber can do that the other sentinels can't, therefore there should be things that the other sentinels can do that Chamber can't. That's how game balance works.
Different agents of the same class should be good at different things so that they are balanced.

I don't see your reasoning here. So what. What rule says Sentinels can't have kill rechargeable abilities. Not to mention Chamber is used for playing the same role as Jett.

Every Sentinel's trip has an additional effect if not shot. Cypher trip can stun, Killjoy alarmbot makes enemies vulnerable and Chamber's trip can slow. It doesn't make sense removing the slow.

Again I don't see your reasoning. Just bcoz it's a thing with Cypher and KJ doesn't mean it has to be with every Sentinel. Chamber is broken as is compared to Cypher and KJ so it makes MORE sense to have his trip not do any additional effects. It would incentivise Cypher and KJ players.

For the 3rd time I don't see your reasoning. Jett ult can get 5 kills yes. But there's several other agents that are weak and who's ults can't get even 1 kill. Why does Chamber have to be like Jett ? The goal is to reduce Chamber's pickrate
