That is incorrect on multiple levels
First, 100T don't even have perma-ban maps. They ban split one match and pick it the next match.
Secondly, even though they have been banning Pearl lately, they still looked eons better on it against VIT/EDG than they have looked on Ascent. Even tho both those Pearl games were 14-12 wins, it's still better than getting 13-5'd by KRU on Ascent
Third and most importantly, they are not mid they are goats

Here are some of the win conditions for 100T which I think can give them a solid chance of beating LEV

1. Map vetos
   Hear me out. Since the addition of Cryo 100T have lost Ascent/Lotus every single time they have played them. But they still keep playing them instead of banning tf out of them. This is why they lost to C9, bcoz they played their 2 worst maps for some reason.
   • On Ascent they look totally lost on the T side and have no set execs or even any mid-round ideas, they never work for map control, they keep getting multi-fragged coz they always forget to check a corner and their Viper comp has failed 5 times in a row now. On defense they're always sitting deep on sites without any active info gathering which is why they keep losing to heavy execs. And Cryo's Jett not being that impactful hasn't helped either.
   • On Lotus too they have no set ideas and just seem to be playing it like a pug. Always forget to check corners, get caught off-guard on defense due to the 3 sites, and the retakes aren't good either. AND WHILE PLAYING LOTUS, WHY IS ASUNA ON BREACH AND DERREK ON SKYE WHEN CLEARLY DERREK IS A BETTER BREACH AND ASUNA A BETTER SKYE ???????????

I want them to play Fracture, Icebox, Split or Haven. Maybe pick a map where Asuna is on Raze coz he has absolutely carried the team as Raze.

2. Cryo
   Hopefully he continues his insane form that we saw against KRU on fracture. Maybe the GOAT Cryo is finally back.
   Coz up until now he's missed important match-winning shots multiple times and in general been too passive while taking space as the single duelist.
   They need the superstar Cryo from 2022 if they want a chance at beating LEV who have Tacolilla T_T

3. Derrek
   Ever since LOCK//IN something has been off about Derrek. He seems a little dis-attached from the entire team. He is always a little too far behind to get his trades and in general hasn't been shooting well either. I feel like he needs to bait a little bit less, just a teeny tiny bit less. Bcoz the team lacks aggression as is (The 1 aggressive player they have is put on shit like Breach and Gekko. Not necessarily a bad thing as long as Cryo and Derrek compensate for his aggression). Maybe Derrek is trying to play the clutch a bit too often.
   Going up against a superteam like LEV, we need every single player on the team in peak form. We need LCQ Derrek

4. "If it's broke, fix it. If it ain't broke, fix it anyway !!!"
   100T have become predictable recently. It's bcoz they keep doing the same stuff regardless of whether it worked or not. They got read like a novel by KRU (map 1) and C9 bcoz they must've done extensive VOD reviews on 100T. Just switch shit up a little

   • For example their Ascent Viper comp failed 5 times in a row and they still did not switch it up.
   • As another example, 100T on fracture defense like to do aggressive pushes in T spawns. It's a good play, but they keep doing it over and over again. They did it against SEN and then still did the same stuff against KRU.
   • Another example, throughout the last 2 maps against KRU, 100T would Skye dog an area and then the duelist (Cryo or Asuna) would push up to take a duel there or just hold the space. It worked very well but it was done over and over again. Eventually Keznit read it and killed Asuna swinging behind the Skye dog
     (Thankfully KRU didn't catch on to this stuff until too late and didn't adjust at all)
     So I hope Mikes realizes this and they don't do these same plays again today.

Not quite what I meant by forced. Not that his team is forcing him, rather that when Cryo is put on duelist, Asuna is left with these responsibilities.

• Asuna had to drop 27 for it to be this close. Been saying for the longest time he's one of the best duelists NA has but he's forced onto shit like breach and gekko 😭😭😭
• This is the 2nd time Cryo has lost a crucial 1v1 that could have closed the map 😭😭😭 (He did redeem himself the last few rounds tho). Something is up with him man how can his aim suddenly be this bad. I hope he figures it out and comes back to save map 3. Thankfully Asuna raze is still with us on fracture
