c. Init (scan prioritized)
d. Anchor (senti/viper on no senti and double conts comp)
e. Flex (might be heavy to flash init/second duelist)

tp abuser, he anchoring is a nightmare. And his flashes always great for support but rarely for himself

I think he has great (or maybe greatest) use of tp for map control and confuse his enemies in tier 1. For other utils hes just good but sometimes made great flashes for support.
