Japan T2 doesn't have that much of a connection yet so far the local scene is developing at least
SyouTa, CLZ, and xdll (Fennel core) are proving their worth (well, at least in the off-season), as well as Akame, Jinboong, and Art actually shooting back alongside with SseeS experience T1 experience is a recipe for success.

The logistics are just way too fucked..... they can't move the arena without finding a stadium that can somewhat allows similar capacity anywhere else
Where else would they fucking host it, Brazil hosting it is not feasible, Argentina are more strict than the US when it comes to their visa restrictions, and Mexico would only benefit the NA teams even more.
