champs was 7 months ago buddy, that was when astra was meta and reyna was being playing in pro matches. no its not really close lmao, eu had 3 teams last time and 1 didnt make it out of groups, and the other two finished 8th and 6th.
optic > fnatic, xset> fpx, faze,100t,eg > guild
We've now seen that north america is the best region in the world at valorant. It simply makes no sense giving EU 3 slots when NA won last masters. Im sure i speak for everyone, nobody wants to watch fucking fUn pLuS PhEoNix. Viewership woulda been much higher if na had 3 slots and the likes of FaZe or 100T got the third slot. Kinda weird the 2nd worst region gets the most slots...

Personally theres no telling who wins this game. If faze is in the flow state they could genuinely beat any team. On the other hand you have 100t who either blows their opponents out, or loses pretty bad (2-0) I believe if FaZe doesnt show up like the team they were in open qual and vs lg last week, then they will get dismantled. If they do i see a super close series with whoever wins the other teams map pick will win the series. Final prediction : 2 - 1 - 100T win

Lets be honest this debate has been going on for way too long and as of right now NA is better then EU. Europe had 3 slots at masters and failed to break the top 4. Ofc NA won masters. Now with teams like EG, Ghost, and 100t all arising in NA i think its safe to say like always : 1 the same EU teams will be there again (Liquid, Acend, Fnatic ext..) and with new talent i think NA will be the new Valorant powerhouse.
I have a 100t 2-0 with a convincing win for the #1 seed. If you look at it Ghost hasnt beat any great teams so far, and 100t has virtually stomped all cometition in there group (TSM curse doesnt count obv, lol.) I can confidently say 100t could very well get the 1 seed, and then win 2 games and qual for masters as the 1 seed.

brand new coach, brand new player, took a dying c9 team to masters, was top 2 na for months, arguably best fragging igl
they've been creating metas for a while now (breach, kayo, fade) arguable the best fragging igl, once brought in he took the team to masters, and until the xeta trade made that team top 2 NA.
I dont think its early at all. They've been together now for 2 months, played 2 open quals, and now lead the most competitive group in the group stage. Some of the mid rounding from that team is nuts. His strats on maps like bind and breeze are pretty unique and can frag as an igl which is always a bonus too
