The esports scene is not just so that someone can get triggered as a "viewer". There is actual hard work and ambition of the players behind it, they're not just doing it for entertaining the audience. If the game allows it, then you can use it by all means, be it a judge or an odin. No one is stopping other teams from using them, but they don't use it either due to not having that specific skill set or due to lesser confidence. If a big prize money was on the line, and a chance to prove yourself and your team by winning an international trophy, then you would have used everything possible that worked for you, without caring whether the "viewers" are enjoying it or not. It might not be fun for you to watch, but at the end of the day, it's someone's career, job, ambition, aspiration, and they'd give it their all just to win.
