Hot take: I feel like the old beautiful Brazilian style of the game has been slowly dying for decades now because all the best Brazilian talent is learning to play in system-heavy European clubs with very strategical ways of playing the game, and as a result aren't playing like "true Brazilians" and are just getting out-European'd, which is why they haven't performed in any recent World Cup, at least not to former expectations

You're misreading the graph. The most consistent players are the ones with the lowest standard deviation (i.e. the players closest to the bottom of the graph). The three most consistent players listed are Biank, paTiTek, and Xeppaa respectively.
Never mind, I was looking at the scatter plot and not the bar graph, my bad. Though that is technically the most consistently good player and not just the flat-out most consistent.
That being said, this is a very cool study and I thoroughly enjoyed reading it. :)

But yeah, I agree, it's 100% gonna be tough on flor to receive this much criticism just because of who they are, especially because they are so young (just turned 18, pretty sure)
