I've always had the belief that if a player did really well in scrims, then there was a way to carry that over into matchdays. From what I hear, icy is something of a scrim demon; if a team is able to figure out how to carry that over into LAN then he'll instantly be better in people's eyes

I don't think so. Tbh I think he's just a Viper-type agent now where no matter how much you nerf him, he'll still be a pro play staple because he can accomplish something that's both very very good at the pro level and impossible/uncomfortable with any other agent
That won't change the meta though, all it'll do is make the best option slightly more inconvenient to play
I had an idea for a Yoru nerf a while back where it would only allow you to place stationary tps, but even that probably won't remove him from the meta, it'll just make Yoru Waylay a more prominent option
