The way I did it is I ordered them by region the way you did here and then just took teams off the top of each list and add them to the final list

For example: "would I root for FNC, G2, or DRX?" If it's FNC, you add FNC to the list, then repeat with "would I root for TL, G2, or DRX?" and so on until there are no teams left

Took me a few minutes to come up with an idea, so this might not be the best project in the world (to say the least), but it's what I've got:

Make your own notepad app. Have it work as an application (.exe or .apk, your choice) and run fluently.

Of course, that's an easy thing to make on it's own, so it's your job to spruce it up. Maybe you want to be able to choose your fonts. Maybe you want formatting options. Maybe some themes and some other ways to customize the notepad. Maybe a way to save your files in different formats to your local drive then load them back up again. Feel free to go crazy with this... add in-app translation, or tabs that open back up when you restart the app, or built-in autocorrect, or automatically coloured text for certain coding languages. Up to you!
