There have been several lines from Saadhak and Sacy talking about players they wanted to get but the ORG refused to pay either the transfer fee or the Visa process

So, we all know the various things Riot can do to save it's eSports scene in Valorant

But a lot of ideas cost too much money for the tastes of riot

So here are a couple of ideas that can help while still meeting their greedy monopoly man profit margins

1 - Take away the fixed 400K incentive, make it percentage based. Orgs that get more views onatvhes get more, and it maxes out at 400K total individually

2 - Make a Sheriff skin for the winners of international events, nothing big like a phantom/vandal, but still something teams can get money out of

3 - Increase Transmission Delay up to 10 minutes, make offline watch parties in the ORGs with smaller delays, a part of that watch party money goes to riot

They just need to increase matches
That way the teams get their money's worth on athletes
