What about pacific?

or are we counting DRX's 3rd/4th as a podium and not Navi's 3rd/4th as a podium.

Vitality and KOI/LIQUID

also economy values for each kill.

For example: N4rrate got a vandal ace versus pistols (Round 5)

He is not your average NA t2 player.
There was a reason nrg were looking at him

he just aced

Buffs and nerfs in other agents + map pool changes.

Also teams had more time to experiment with non meta picks due to the 6 month off/season

A lot of good pieces, I am surprised they look so cohesive already.

wow really cool stuff from m8

M8 are lanimals.

G2 has been such a frustrating watch so far.
I expected much more from them.

Letting multiple maps slip through their hands.

So many different layers.

a tac pause is needed asap. it might not even be enough

This is the type of comp which requires a long anti strat, so hard to counteract some of these plays on the fly without any prior experiences.

EG getting a bye was a huge advantage here.

posted about a year ago

They look so lost.

posted about a year ago

EG looking more structured and way more comfortable on g2 map pick..
apoth just walked up and took so much space in the last round.
The breach pick as well is very fleshed out and has provided a lot of value.

Also, where is trent.
The player with super star potential has yet to shine.
He looked fine flexing roles in tier 2 last year but he's yet to find the same impact.

Can't really be the "goat" coached based on a 6 month period.
Yeah she did miracles with that EG roster but its too soon.
But she also had a not so successful time before franchising.

Loud did a very good job in playing away from aspas and nullifying the value of his OP.
Like in round 9 cauanzin jumps spot A, sees aspas on heaven and Loud completely shift towards B.

Derke and demon1 had good value yesterday creating man advantage retake scenarios which Lev almost never had.

Might need to pull out the DRX triple initiator (kayo/sova/fade) ascent comp.

They have 1 more game to play to qualify for madrid.
It is currently unknown who they will play.

A 6 right now, but that's more of a "floor" rating.
They have won 2 games versus middle of the pack opponents, both 2-0 but could've been a lot more dominant.

but but he plays astra

except from that swing. unnecessary
His anchoring on ct side was solid though.

posted about a year ago

Yeah marved got completely domed by jakee.
A few others missteps also occurred.
NRG cleaned the map up nicely without a sweat though.
Probably better to make those mistakes now instead of later.

posted about a year ago

that is rough.
some very messy rounds

posted about a year ago

It only becomes concerning if they lose to mibr/playins.
Realistically no one would care about NRG missing out on Madrid if they do well in Shanghai + Champs.

Also.. this current Astralis CS roster exists.

I think it's better that he and vitality are trying to make their own super team.
It's looking like Vitality have built a good base at the moment, lets see how they will look in the future with more time + trexx.

Pacific has definitely grown.
The fact that the majority of the games are region versus region is good for viewership.

this sorta stuff shows how big valorant is in japan:

I think the average pacific viewership is boosted by the amount of games Zeta has played.
Over 40% of the games had a Japanese team playing (zeta/dfm)
The Japanese viewership is a huge chunk of the overall viewership.

Fnatic 14-12 Vitality.
Fnatic win despite losing both pistols.

Both teams making mistakes which were heavily capitalised on, round 16 was a huge blunder for vitality.

I think I prefer the fade over the skye after the recent nerfs, fade just provides a little bit more map/space controlling util.

What a performance from heretics.. wow.

posted about a year ago

I am not claiming that.

and I'd expect wo0t would slot into heretics just fine.

posted about a year ago

Wo0t is incredible and was arguably the biggest talent coming out of emea last year.
However a teams functionality and performance will always come first before considering players individual performances.

posted about a year ago

Heretics has just clicked.

The way they are playing now compared to in the off//season events is unrecognisable.

I just wonder how wo0t will slot in now because this roster with patitek looks great.

It's nothing special.
We don't really have any stand out dishes except from a roast dinner and a few pies.
Chicken tikka masala is more of a fusion dish rather than a British dish.
We have good cheeses, spirits/drinks and deserts though.

At least we are better then traditional American cuisine.

LCS is on a break at the moment.
The midseason lcs break started on the 11th of February and ends on march 2nd.

posted about a year ago

Presumably is to do with scheduling of the venues.
EMEA for instance started later than the americas/pacific due to the LEC playoffs taking place at that time.
-They both take place in the same venue, the Berlin Riot Games Arena

M8 are very proactive and confident, being on Lan just amplifies these traits.
They played very aggressive on stage and apeks struggled to adjust to it.
Natank played like a tank in the final, bulldozing his through the chokes in most rounds.

Playins has 3 teams, the three teams who placed second in their group.
Only 1 team will advance from the playins to the playoffs.

3 games:
A VS B
B VS C
C VS A

A 5 man Indian roster would be a disaster, It would make dfm look like Real Madrid.
Atleast it would farm the fanbase

Obviously this current iteration of GE is not performing at a good enough level to warrant much attention.
but committing to a full indian roster is not the play.

No because Navi beat BBL's ascent last year.
also no because its a different BBL roster.
