practice headshots since your HS% is bad, do aim training, warm up in range and tdm/dm before games. iron-silver was by far THE hardest elo I played solo. getting a duo definitely helps a lot too.

EDIT: play more reyna too instead of other duelists since reyna has more sustain especially when you solo queue
