What matters is if the top players are mechanically skilled enough to excel and succeed in CS or quake - and the answer is hands down yes. If they are at the top level of Valo, they are mechanically skilled enough to be decent at either of those games, but they need brainpower to excel in valo as well, so apply some brainpower to their decency at other shooters, and they will learn the game if they want to.
