Overall I'd say the roster is around the same if not slightly better, if Mistic can perform better than Soulcas where Keiko will likely perform worse than Sayf (not a bad thing just Sayf is a monster) then they'll be doing great.

very cool design but i feel like it needs some tweaks, a lot of her kit is locked out in the most crucial moments (pistols and early round). the C cannot be used until 30 seconds into a round so no use until often the most important things have already happened. since everything resets at the half she wouldn't have the copied ability in pistols at all only leaving her with two options.
