Same as skuba where there's just a ton of competition for his role. Brawk's competing against verno, trent, eeiu, derrek and Rossy. Brawk might be on the level of derrek/Rossy but Rossy IGLs so can't compete with that. Derrek is pretty decent statswise and he wasn't the clear weak link on EG last year so he stays.

100T aren't gonna win something but they should be focusing on improving from last year (meaning actually getting to champs).
Asuna is definitely the weak link at this point if Cryo sticks to senti/flex/jett (which imo, he should) but if he can't step it up, he gets dropped. 100T are a solid enough org to where they'll get first pick of whatever cracked T2 NA duelist (that doesn't ascend) comes out on top next year so long term they'll be fine.
It's an experiment. Like ya, the comp is kind of dumb but it's a t2/t3 off season match so who cares. They can just as easily go back to their standard bind comp.

SEN should be like bottom of S, probably closer to top A. It just depends on if they stick with the role swap and if they can make it work or not. If it doesn't work at the next off season event, then just give up on it and go back to comfort roles. Or just make Zellsis play senti/lurk so then n4rrate can play with the pack (I think this makes more sense anyway).

woot is like sayf. Their best role is duelist but they don't want to play it. For the team they have, it's better to have woot on flex but if woot was forced to play duelist and they got a different flex player, I think the ceiling of the team would be higher.

It's one off season match. And regardless, everyone in Americas upgraded big time while 100T only sidegraded realistically. They can still perform well but they're going against some insane competition.

Also, dropping Asuna over a single off season match is crazy. If he doesn't perform next year, then sure, he'll get dropped.

He can play all duelists except for probably Yoru (which you have forsaken for). He could definitely be their main duelist.
He's fine on it but he shouldn't have to flex onto it because j0ngg can't play anything useful other than Raze. Ideally they'd just have something on only duelist, and then get a good info info initiator/flex and then have f0rsaken fill.
