I genuinely have no clue what LOUD will do next split

posted 1 month ago

yeah hard to tell, but other than G2 and SEN, most of America feels like it's on the same level, and imo nrg are one of the few teams that I can see elevating above the rest of the midfield

posted 1 month ago

I'd say the new nrg has a better chance than eg/mibr/kru even though we all know kru will somehow make it

posted 1 month ago

thats definitely a take of all time

Its hard to tell, PRX looked insane their first game and awful their second, but TH just was bad, so its hard to tell how good they actually are. Both of these teams haven't beaten anyone who has looked good, so there's just too many unknowns

posted 1 month ago

i think th just sucked this tournament

posted 1 month ago

I can see that perspective, but I think they should be more concerned with which matchup gives them the highest chance to win. I wouldn't be shocked if they chose SEN, but winning the first game is super important, and I think they would feel stronger about their chances beating any of the other teams(besides geng)

posted 1 month ago

Yes the upset is happening for the narrative of SEN beating 4 Chinese teams to reach top 3 lol

posted 1 month ago

If i'm G2, I would pick China first, then PRX/TL, then SEN, then GENG. They know that SEN is good enough to play them close and even possibly win against them, and G2's style should be really strong against both Chinese teams as well as PRX. And obv no one wants to face geng right now

SEN is bouta get XLG round one and then face wolves/blg in r2

posted 1 month ago

Im saying in terms of perception before toronto. I think wolves should have a very good chance against blg

posted 1 month ago

People on this site are very dumb and have a 5-second attention span, so they have no critical thinking skills and the only thing that they remember is what just happened.

So if aspas has a bad couple of games, he's awful, and how could you possibly have him in your top 20. And if SEN goes down 4-0 to wolves they're a joke of a team and they should make roster changes immediately. Its just how this site works

posted 1 month ago

Heretics was definitely more disappointing, as many people had them top 3 in there tournament, and they lost to the team that most people had ranked last going in. Mibr sucked, but at least they lost to stronger teams

Welcome to vlr

Fr heretics about to show the world who they really are and get second place again

posted 1 month ago

emea #2 0-2 china #3

amer #2 2-0 china #3

posted 1 month ago

Eh, hes playing poorly for sure, but honestly his team has done absolutely nothing to help him. Their entire plan going into Toronto seemed to be to sit around while aspas kills everyone by himself, they're just not supporting him

posted 1 month ago

APAC>AMER>CN>EMEA but honestly its just APAC and the other 3 look okay

posted 1 month ago

demon1 isnt an import

posted 1 month ago

Would've been easier if we got to play heretics

posted 1 month ago

Fr I had him at 9 mb dude, I'll move you up

posted 1 month ago

Surely this superteam with great players, but overlapping roles, will be able to switch up the roles and be as good in real life as they are on paper. No one has ever tried this before and failed so this will definitely work

Not hating on the idea, it just feels like deja vu of almost every single "super team" ever

posted 1 month ago

Jamppi would probably be a good igl, but then you have 3 init players (Leo, sayo, jamppi), and no real controller

posted 1 month ago

Is the order of who picks first random?

posted 1 month ago

imagine how funny it would be for SEN to get XLG first round of playoffs. vlr would explode

posted 1 month ago

As long as EMEA loses I'm happy

posted 1 month ago

If history holds up, as long as they don't face SEN in an elimination game, they cannot be eliminated

posted 1 month ago

They ran this exact comp at madrid last year and got shit on

posted 1 month ago

I swear everytime i watch something he loses the fight and then at the end of the game he's positive

posted 1 month ago

no sorry wolves is winning

posted 1 month ago

13-9 and the only reason it was close was because whzy decided to become prime kangkang with the op

posted 1 month ago

This happens for every single LAN event ever, it even happens in the regionals. Its dumb, but its not unique

posted 1 month ago

SEN looked really strong on sunset, and looked good on both icebox and lotus on their attack side. Even on icebox, SEN had a good read a lot of the rounds on defense, BLG was just shooting insanely well. SEN could've definitely played better, but its dumb to say that it was a terrible performance from them

posted 1 month ago

Wait didnt GENG get eliminated twice by SEN last year lol

posted 1 month ago

Yeah they seem to be leaning into attack sided comps, and johnqts calling on attack side has also been really good. If they can shore up their defense with their time off before playoffs, they should be good

posted 1 month ago

Remember they beat G2 lol. This is a completely new meta, and its gonna take teams time to get used to it. And now SEN have 2 games of reps on the new meta compared to the "better teams" who have 0

posted 1 month ago

lol BLG were insane on icebox, and whzy single-handedly made lotus close with his op

posted 1 month ago

zellsis's aura caused their guns to shoot themselves

posted 1 month ago

my goat just locked in.

(PLEASE SEN TAKE HIM OFF OF THE OMEN I KNOW THAT IT WORKED ONCE BUT PLEASE)

posted 1 month ago

STOP THINKING ABOUT IT RAHHHHH WE WONNNNNNNNN

posted 1 month ago

Yeah I feel like he's been performing better than his stats have shown this tournament. Hes had so many good rounds, and a lot of his deaths are from unlucky timings or first kills where he gets insta traded

posted 1 month ago

Spring got a ton of lurk fks and for the rest SEN traded pretty well

posted 1 month ago

Any1 is gonna be upset when they cant watch the games, but I understand that its just always gonna be rough for someone. It's just nice to get an event I can actually watch after having 3 in a row that I couldnt

posted 1 month ago

Believe me ik lol. 3 events in a row that I couldn't watch. I think the APAC and CN hosted events move their times so that it works for EMEA as well, and americas gets kinda screwed. For these games, it kinda screws over Asia and works for EMEA and NA. Basically its always good for EMEA lol

posted 1 month ago

In the past its rigged when SEN get the exciting matchups (group of death at champs/KC and TH at Madrid) and now its rigged when they get the boring ones. I'm not saying there's no agenda, but someone will always complain that its rigged no matter who they play against

Yikes
