This isn't an actual sports teams where the players and organization is making enough to have that long of a break they think it will make fans more eager to see the games after the break but ur only hurting the game. They should be doing their best to continually have tournaments throughout the year with minor breaks, that way no other game like CS2 can rise above them during the off season having people leave or it could be any up incoming game.

TLDR: They shouldnt be giving these long breaks it only hurts the players, organization and Riot itself. With nothing coming until next year we could see players and fans switch games because of it.
