damn rip Sharks.
Gambit have their revenge 3-1
throwing to help his turkish brethren, literally running at brave with a classic to give SMB 12 rounds
I hope for next year the slots at Masters and Champions get expanded and South Asia, Oceania, and MENA get 1 of their own slots instead of just LCQ slots. TBH I have been trashing teams from these regions but they wont get better if they dont get to compete against other, better regions.
f0rsaken is legitimately tenz/cned/scream tier. i dont care if level of competition is lower in SEA or whatever other cope people will come up with. he is actually one of the best players in the world and people will see in berlin

ninim playing for wildcard or dire wolves?
absolutely insane series holy shit
cNed (jett)
nats (sentinel)
zeddy (smokes + igl)
Sacy (sova)
mixwell (flex)

i am now delusional_johnqt_fan
putting this team together is an arrestable offense
if NA get blown out in Berlin import era will start and maybe mwzera will get bought out lmao
JP teams will actually win a game
babybay was literally banned mid esea league match for cheating in cs, everybody loves him apparently
I think its better for BR if Furia dont qualify, they are in very good form but I think that tactically they are still behind HL and even VKS. I actually think Furia do win this series though
I think Sliggy is too willing to experiment with weird comps, especially in super important games. like how are you going to let them play Bind with that comp
Vivo Keyd beat Gamelanders, which was also kind of an upset because they still have mwzera. Although GL havent really been good since Masters 1
not possible right now, something to do with riot API. idk much about it
damn i didnt know that KRU was founded by Kun Aguero lol. Also Guild is apparently co-founded by David Beckham
Yeah, fnatic disappointed, but when you look at the teams they lost to its not as bad. G2x2, Giants, Liquid, and Guild. G2 just made their new superteam, Giants turned out to be really good and might qualify for Berlin, and Liquid and fnatic are on the same level imo. Its really only the loss to Guild which hurt them. I think EU just has a lot of very good teams and having even one bad day means you wont qualify
Yeah, Havan Liberty is definitely the best team in BR now, they look way better tactically than every other team, and they don't rely as much on star power like basically every other BR team lol. They will probably make Berlin and I can actually see them doing well. Furia is just playing out of their minds right now, I still think Vikings is the superior team overall.
V1 couldn't play with Zellsis in Challengers 1, Nuturn lost Lakia, their best player, and X10 couldnt play with Patiphan, also their best player. Its really only Fnatic and Liquid who disappointed and even then most people already thought that they werent the best teams in EU back in Masters 1.
Havan is the better team imo but Furia has been playing incredibly well. I think Furia 3-1
wtf was that Bind comp from Liquid. Looks like something out of beta ranked
That would be a waste, why sign one of the best duelists in Europe and make him flex?
Honestly feels like he never fully commited to learning Valorant. Still making stupid plays, not sure when his contract ends but wouldnt be surprised if he returned to CS
i wonder how russian casters would pronounce suka's name if cerberus qualified to berlin
i spent a lot of time posting about how VN teams were behind the rest of SEA but im ready to eat my words now. they have seriously improved since the last SEA tourney. big baam are really impressive, and im very happy to see crazyguy successful again
he was ok, nothing special. they had him on smokes like every recent CS transfer. maybe if he swapped to jett and picks up the awp like in CS hed do better
strange moves, bringing back seb and getting rid of aleksandar and kanpeki?? i literally have no idea what they are doing
This game and this game happened. basically he was REALLY bad towards the end of his tenure with BBG, especially on the duelists
it is honestly impressive that he refuses to play any other agent. 116 recorded maps on vlr and every single on was on jett
i was debating between him and nitr0
EU: cned (main duelist), nats (sentinel), hoody (flex), cloud (sova), zeddy (igl + main smokes)
NA: shahzam (igl), tenz (main duelist), sick (flex), dapr (sentinel), marved (main smokes)
weird EU team but i think its actually very good if you ignore language issues
A lot of the casters, especially the ones who didn't come from CS still seem to lack a lot of basic knowledge about the game even a year into it. Ive heard casters say factually incorrect things about certain agents and abilities and stuff pretty frequently
genuinely forgot about them lol, you can replace liquid or g2
EU is definitely deeper the more teams you include but even top 4 gives NA a run for their money. Acend, Liquid, G2, Gambit are very close to Sentinels, 100T, NV, XSET
ez for the beast from the east, crazyguy
put this into wolframalpha
y = |sin(x)| + 5exp(-x^100)cos(x) from -3 to 3
yes. but at some point you can be the best IGL ever and it doesnt matter if you dont get kills. i think bonkar has crossed that point
23 kills in 83 rounds man
legitimately a random immortal could do better
16-7? was this game actually on cobble and not breeze?
depends, if i have something to do today definitely in the morning, but if im off or just chilling then before i go to bed. helps me fall asleep
i dont think guild want to go international
isnt average monthly wage in brazil like 1k reais. thats not even $200
i hate when people say "oh but hes igl hes not meant to drop 30 every game". like ok i guess but he is so genuinely horrendous his IGLing does not make up for that fact anymore. he is putting up legitimate potter numbers. thats unnaceptable for a team with aspirations and expectations like guild
yeah, ive been wondering about how a vietnamese team would travel to berlin if they qualified as they have extremely strict travel restrictions up right now, unless things have changed very recently
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/American_exceptionalism
this concept is kind of disturbingly taught in a lot of schools, not as much nowadays, but definitely during the cold war era. even if they dont teach in schools explicitly anymore the main ideas are still present and parents pass on this idea as well
all online is real disappointment, especially since it will be the first riot-sponsored all-asia tournament. wondering about the feasability of bootcamps for a lot of the teams, considering a lot of teams will end up on like a 60 ping middle ground server
based on playerbase, not competetiveness.
