It was like the first good showing of Tejo usage tho
Most agents are literally worse now than they were in 2021. There isn't power creep.
This makes sense though. As they release new agents, they want to make sure those agents have a valuable niche that isn't already covered by an older, more versatile agent. It's all part of balancing.
Main roster
They won't even make it past 100throwers
Those examples are completely different from each other. The riot devs aren't the ones who need to think more.
It would be great if we could collectively stop consuming short-form content that's terrible for our brains and also ultimately controlled by shitty billionaires, but that probably won't happen. Dead internet here we come.
110T for sure. NRG already looked cooked as shit against C9 comps, let alone 100T who are way more coordinated with the Tejo/Breach/Fade stuff
The skill cap is not needing an exact spray at all.
As for spray patterns, I'm gonna go with the hot take that they're just dumb to begin with. If you whiff the first couple shots, or you kill someone and are trying to transfer, it shouldn't be a pattern that you memorize, because you already should have lost the fight. It not being random is what doesn't make sense unless you're used to CS.
Out-called on Split. Cryo was hitting nasty shots but a lot of it was also his teammates setting him up.
It's really just KJ. Trips, thorns, and sensors are all already broken just as easily by shocks.
It's definitely a mix of both. Americans are shit at trying to pronounce something phonetically, and it doesn't help that English just doesn't have consistent pronunciation compared to Spanish, for example
op said this because he choked round 5 but then the very next round the "too passive sentinel" pushed past a Gekko ult and killed 3 at round start lol
I've always said this but I really think it's just a confidence thing.
People pick Clove because they're filling or just want to frag. People who aren't comfortable with gunfights are gonna pick the others and try to util crutch.
he heard you lmao
I think Smoggy got the first ace
And let's be real, nrg and mibr losing is not all that surprising
For real bro... I thought I was a hater for thinking they wouldn't make GF, but here they go 0-2 to C9 instantly.
I bet FNS is just gonna cope about Tejo.
I get such rotted vibes from fr0st tbh which is a shame bc I like Talon's roster and W Thai rep
I believe him but also fr0st is so unprofessional for this
no offense but without any context for this I can't really believe you
throwRG was not that hard to predict
bbl kinda crazy tho
I swear if Breach or Raze or Sova released today you all would be saying the same shit
I might be completely wrong but I thought adverso was having visa issues, maybe they wanted to wait to make sure he could still play
Yeah it seems like they were too passive on the OT defense rounds. They needed to take some kind of risk there with how attack-sided the VIT comp was
It's ass but they'll probably win anyway because they're playing nrg
That's true; you really do need site smokes to hold effectively. I perform way more on Astra than on other agents on this map.
Actually improved his casting a lot. He doesn't sound so dead now and his pov as a coach is really valuable. I support this duo.
He's actually got a crazy high ceiling when he doesn't troll
This is exactly what it takes for Tejo to shine
The counterplay is that first step: make them burn more util to get the spike down. And do better on attack
It's Raze's map because she's the one who clears space with nade and jumps into deep positions.
This is an extremely contact-y comp, and KC's style is also about playing like a squad of pack rats. Gekko's refreshing utility is critical to that success, and you don't need Raze's movement as much with this comp.
Exactly it's actually so much fun to watch, especially compared to Ascent
In ranked though it kinda has that Breeze-ish issue where the map is so big and slow to rotate through that a lot of the time it just feels like a team diff. It sucks ass when you're defending A and your B or mid player instantly dies and it's a 4v5 retake against enemies that could be pushed up anywhere.
You're really underestimating how much it hurts to go no ini. This team gets a lot of value out of Gekko scouting. The early dizzy for example lets them save Deadlock/Vyse utility for site without needing to contact up the whole way.
They'll be back for next game (if they lose) or the game after (if they win)
If Shyy goes positive in FK-FD it's over for loud
