the problem is LTA is split into 2 group. and is basically 2 sub region fight for a spot or two for intl appearances.
i just think this format is good for the bigger teams like DFM GAM PSG etc since they can, possibly, widen their knowledge and skill.
i don't think nonexistent region like indo-malay countries and even philippines, could get their chance and make a decent team. even if they could, they will probably sign mixed 1local+4korean.

apparently they are trying to revive SEA region (except thai and viet, of course) and planning to get a team from there for their new LPC format.
good or bad, chat? since it's basically a dead region almost without hype except for worlds. especially for ID, MY and SG.
