VN got decent ping, playing in 40-50ms ping vs the rest of OCE with 10-20ms ping. it was just team diff.
IDN suffers the most ping diff, same as MENA games where some team played with 80ms ping or even more. NZ played in Singapore and AUS played in Indonesia. but VN just sweeps them all, they are looking hella good.
but what more surprising is, VN dunking AUS 13-0 while playing with 20ms ping disadvantage.
they can use both.
but usually it's IDN, same with football. INA is mostly used locally.
same with the currency, it's IDR not INR (indian rupees).
