It really just depends on whatever direction tarik wants to take with this. If he wants glorified ranked (which is fine and the original purpose of this in the first place) then he lets all the t1/t2 pros in, but at that point, most people might rather just play ranked instead. Personally i think tiers are a much better approach to this tho, but idk. What i do know is he can't really keep as is, because people who are legitimately qualified are being denied entry.

Finally the reaction time argument!. I have a couple counterpoints and have been looking for someone to debate them on:

• simple RT is completely removed from TTK in FPS games because of a myriad of reasons:
  -you dont auto-react/immediately react to stimuli in an FPS game, as you would in a simple auditory or visual test.
  • different sensitivities skewer the entire concept of the heavy relevance of base reaction time, as even people with faster reaction times would have to actively slow down to hit accurate shots in any FPS.
• the averages from most of these tests have been taken from a wide variety of people, both with faster and slower reaction times individually between the men and the women, and as such if you apply that to esports, this means that there will be men with slower reaction times who are doing quite well at the top 1% of whatever game they play.

Im not saying the average man isnt faster than the average woman btw, im just giving u reasons why it really doesnt fucking matter. I could give more, but lets see if u aren't braindead first lol

Choosing to not exactly be a fan/associate with him is justified, because the evidence shows that at one point he likely did force himself on her.
