I mean, I can't say I agree, but I don't disagree either. If you have 4 of the best players on each role on your team then yes you don't have to do much to make your team win, and in that sense Boaster is lucky. However, you can't tell he's lucky that FNC are placed in a such a good spot because of the quality of players, because a team also needs a good IGL. I don't think I have to go too much in detail about why a team can fail if they don't have a good IGL. We already have Karmine Corp pre-ZE1SH who had good enough players to be at least 6th, but ScreaM's IGLing let them down severely

I think it's a case of firepower. Foxy9 brings more firepower to the team, and hence they're playing him. Similar case for PRX, something brings in so much more firepower than Benkai, and hence the change, even though Benkai is their IGL and has been very successful doing so.
