When were they competitive?

As a European, it was hard for me to understand American culture. What's fascinating is they like bragging about their freedom, because I didn't think I had less freedom. I always thought 'What's the difference'. After this series I finally understand. NA is just so fucking free.

The Turkish teams have been nothing but impressive lately, FUT could have beaten G2 today, and SMB have been a top EMEA team for a while.

Yeah, this is definitely a problem. Especially when you see the games that they choose to broadcast in R64. I personally don't wanna watch a tier 1 team stomp on a pug.

No, SEN have been dominant forever, Acend are a great team but they didn't even make Iceland.

EU hasn't adapted well to Astra/Viper meta with full post-plant util. They will look better in Berlin.

If it becomes a trend then yes but it's WAY too early to predict such a thing.

I think they still have to disclose that before because depending on if it was a group format it wouldn't matter as much.

If seeding matters this much then it has to be disclosed before so teams can try in the Finals of Challengers for major regions.

If the teams had known that winning Finals would be so beneficial in Masters, teams from major regions would have tried harder instead of half playing because they thought that it was just for seeding.

NA and EU have been the dominant forces in tactical shooters for a long time. But if a minor region proves itself on the International scene then it's obvious that they need to rethink it for the future.
