Besides the factor that a pre- and post-game is not eternally long. Multiple videos to include, 3-4 minutes per team, you have to dig a little bit, but digging deep is no option.

Similar to CS, the CIS scene is somewhat hard to access. Imagine, we only saw 1 CIS team throughout the EMEA finals. I would love to see what a Forze could do, for example.
Also, the lack of English is a bit of an issue for some players.
A good example from CS:GO is sh1ro from CS:GO Gambit. There were a good bunch of speculations that he'll join an international top-team, yet his English is simply "too bad" or he's not comfortable with it.
