I'm Egyptian, the ping is actually nice now for Egyptians and yeah we can play with GCC teams normally but I don't think the routing is good for the rest of North Africa, I'm not sure though. if they want to combine both regions then probably the North African region will die even more, Valorant had many fans before specially in Morocco but now it's dead because Moroccan orgs like Fox Gaming left Valorant :(
in the past the best server we could play on was Paris with 50 ping, Dubai and Bahrain were +120, but now they fixed the routing we have the best ping on Bahrain, Dubai and after that paris averaging 60-70
