Being too passive may indeed help you to have less impact to the loss when you lose but at the cost of being a non contributer to the victory when you win. I'm asc so ik I'm not qualified to give you pointers, especially when i haven't seen you play, but I'd say don't try to be a perfect player and just press W and try put yourself in chaotic scenarios more. That way your aim not only gets better but your in the moment decision making improves aswell.
